Good morning everyone!

Today begins the the new blog schedule, and I must say I'm very excited about it. October was a rough month for me as far as motivation went. Not really sure why, but it's done and over. I'm hoping to create more an interactive atmosphere here on the blog, but need your help. And now we're in November. Or, Movember, as I was reminded about on my drive in to work while listening to the radio. Which, I think that most women would agree with me that mustaches on MOST guys are gross. However, for this month (and this month only men), they can be acceptable. I mean, it is after all for a great cause. But, make sure you keep them groomed, lol.

That was a little bit off subject but whatever, lol.

So>>>> it's MOTIVATION MONDAY! And after last month, I could use all the motivation I can get. I don't know what it is, but when I lose my motivation, it tends to spiral out of control in to a prolonged problem. But, it's November which means Thanksgiving is coming up. I LOVE Thanksgiving, don't you? Family gathers together to share what we are thankful for over THE BEST MEAL OF THE YEAR!! Who wouldn't love this? But, this ONE meal could completely sabotage a diet or nutrition plan, if we let it. So...what can we do about it? PREPARE AHEAD OF TIME. Indulging ONE day won't derail you (so long as you don't let it), but prepping yourself for it could most definitely help you to overcome it as well.

I'm actually beginning a new 21 Day Fix Challenge group today! (And, it's actually not to late to join in if you let me know today. we'll be starting another one next week or the following as well for people who want to use a different program.) This group will finish just before Thanksgiving. Putting accountability in our lives, at least for me, helps keep me motivated. So long as I don't ignore the accountability right? YES. So that's one way I'm hoping to stay motivated.

Secondly, a lot of people do like a daily thankfulness post/quote etc. I've done this in the past, but struggled to really keep up with it. But, I'm going to try again this year. I do have a guide that I'll be following to hopefully keep me on track with it too.

So these are 2 ways I'm going to try and stay motivated this month. Accountability and following a guide (it's ok to do this btw.) Thanks for reading and if your in need of any help, let me know!

Now, I want to hear from you guys. What are some things your working on this month that you want to stay motivated with? And how do you plan to stay motivated?
