What to expect...aka new blog schedule!!
10:38 PMOk, so as promised, I created a schedule for the blog. Here's what you can begin to expect on it each week. This new schedule will begin the first week of November.
Sundays: There will be no posts on Sunday as it is the day of rest and I'll be taking it to plan out my weekly posts.
Mondays (every other week only): Motivational Monday- expect posts about how to stay motivated in your workouts and goals. Expect motivational quotes as well.
Tuesday (every other week only): Transformation Tuesday- expect stories from myself and others about transformations in their lives specifically in the area of fitness.
Wednesday (every other week only): Wisdom Wednesday- Bible study tips, ideas, and guidance. Personal spiritual growth stories from myself and others.
Thursday (every other week only): Thirsty Thursday- Shakeology tips, recipes, informations. And/or tips and information on staying hydrated!
Friday (every other week only): Foodie Friday- Expect GREAT, healthy recipes & meal planning ideas.
Saturdays: I'll be taking Saturdays off completely to enjoy my weekend! :)
So hopefully you'll find this schedule helpful so you can know what's coming up as well as what days you want to make sure and tune in.
