What happens AFTER vacation
1:46 PMHello friends. So last week I took off from blogging because I was on vacation most of the week. So we're picking back up today with Motivation Monday.
Can you believe that we are just over a week from Thanksgiving!?!?! WOW! Both the best and worst parts of this holiday is that it basically all revolves around FOOD!!! LOVE it and HATE it all at the same time.
So what can we do to prepare ourselves to go in ready? Well, I'm starting by getting back on track today with my healthier eating and my workouts. I had stopped drinking my daily Shakeology for a while and haven't worked out in, uhm shhhh, 2 weeks :( Yeah...fell off track bad!
But, just because I fell doesn't mean I can't get back up and get back on track. So that's what I intend to do. I can GUARANTEE you 1 thing...you WILL fall (at some point). BUT, it's what you do afterwards that matters the most. Don't let your fall define you or take over your life. I could VERY easily stay right where I am. It's comfortable. It's easy. I don't have to think about what I'm eating. I get extra sleep in the morning because I don't get up early to workout. I can spend my evenings relaxing instead of sweating and working out. Sounds good right?
BUT>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> I don't feel good. I'm tired ALL the time. I can't focus. I don't sleep well. And I just feel sluggish ALL the time. And on top of that, my new wardrobe is going to end up becoming obsolete if I'm not careful.
So....BACK ON TRACK it is. Drank my Shakeology this morning, had a big salad for lunch, and I'll be heading home this evening to press play to PiYo.
WHY?
Because I'm choosing not to let my fall keep me down.
Stop saying, "Oh I'll start tomorrow," Tomorrow will always be there. There is only ONE TODAY!! Make it a good one :)
